Honey Lime Red Snapper

Ingredients
- 3/4 c Key Lime Juice
- 1/2 C Honey
- 4 Red Snapper Fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tsp Chili Powder

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine lime juice and honey. Pour 1/2 cup into a large ziplock bag, add fish.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place remaining mixture in a small saucepan and set aside.
Drain fish, discard marinade.
Sprinkle fish with chili powder.
Place on broiler pan.
Broil fish for 12-15 minutes, or until done.
Bring mixture in pan to a boil. Simmer and reduce by half.
Spoon over cooked fish.
