A great way to use holiday leftovers, this sandwich is super tasty. Turkey, cranberry chutney, and brie combine to make a primetime grilled cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2

    large pieces sourdough bread

  • 4 to 6

    ounces roasted turkey breast

  • 2

    ounces blue streaked brie cheese (like cambozola)

  • 3

    tablespoons cranberry chutney

  • 1

    tablespoon butter, softened

Directions

Assemble sandwich in this order: chutney, cheese, turkey in the middle. Spread butter on the bread and cook on griddle over medium low heat until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip and repeat.
