Lime Teriyaki Salmon

  • 1/3 Cups (75 mL)Heinz Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cups (50 mL)teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 mL)finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 Tablespoons (15 mL)maple syrup or honey
  • 2 Teaspoons (10 mL)finely grated lime zest
  • 1/4 Cups (50 mL)lime juice
  • 6 salmon steaks (about 4 oz/125 g each)
  • 1/2 Teaspoons (2 mL)each salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium–high and grease lightly. Blend the ketchup with teriyaki sauce, coriander, maple syrup, lime zest, lime juice. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper and brush evenly with sauce mixture.

Grill for about 8 minutes, turning once and basting often with sauce. Salmon should still be coral coloured near the centre.
