Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 1/4 c orzo
- 1/2 c pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 2 c vegetable broth
- 1/2 c grated parmesan

Step 1
Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, orzo, pumpkin and sage. Stir until orzo is coated. Add broth, stir often until orzo is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in parmesan.
