Cilantro Lime Halibut

Ingredients

  • 2 large halibut filets
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • Juice of a lime
  • 2 t. basil
  • 2 t. garlic salt
  • 2 t. onion powder
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • 1 t. pepper
  • 1 T. fresh cilantro, rough chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Place 1 cup of spinach on bottom of a large piece of foil. Top with halibut filet. Squeeze lime over each filet. Season with all dry seasonings. Top with lime slices and cilantro.

Fold the edges of the foil together to seal. Place in a 375 F oven and cook for 20 minutes or until halibut flakes when touched with a fork.
