Walnut Asparagus Pesto

  • 1 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup arugula, removed from stems
  • 8-10 asparagus, steamed
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of two limes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Servings 6


Step 1

Pulse all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor until blended. Then add olive oil while processor is running.
