Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, ground
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. each nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 9” pastry shell, unbaked

Blend together cranberries and sugar. Mix together pumpkin, milk, spices, salt, eggs and butter; add cranberry mixture. Pour into pastry shell and bake in a 425 oven for 45 minutes or until all the pie is set when slightly shaken (except for a spot about 2” in diameter in the center). Cool
