CRANBERRY PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, ground
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. each nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 9” pastry shell, unbaked

Step 1
Blend together cranberries and sugar. Mix together pumpkin, milk, spices, salt, eggs and butter; add cranberry mixture. Pour into pastry shell and bake in a 425 oven for 45 minutes or until all the pie is set when slightly shaken (except for a spot about 2” in diameter in the center). Cool
