This is absolutely fabulous on a Romaine lettuce salad made up of strawberries, fresh orange slices, walnuts and red onions.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 large garlic clove , finely diced
• 1 ⁄8; teaspoon salt
• 1 ⁄8; teaspoon black pepper
