bread-orange zucchini

Ingredients

• 2 1/3 cups bisquick baking mix
• 1 1/2 cups lightly packed shredded zucchini
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup chopped nuts
• 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 3 eggs
• grated peel of 1 orange

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350

grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches

mix all ingredients, beat vigorously 30 seconds. pour into pan.

bake 50-55 minutes.
