This cinnamon pull-apart bread recipe is all about shortcuts
- For the Glaze:
- 12 frozen dinner rolls
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped (and peeled, if you prefer)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 3 cloves of garlic, minced

- 2 Cans of Pizza Dough or Biscuits
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 2 tablespoons of a really good Italian seasoning (link in post) or parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 - 8 oz package of pepperoni (we used the turkey)
- 1 cup Parmesean cheese
- Optional: Add a 1/2 teaspoon of fresh garlic or garlic powder (it's amazing)

Preheat oven to 475 degrees
- For the bread :
- 3 7/8 cups white bread flour
- 2 T course semolina flour
- 1 package Fleischmann’s active dry yeast
- 2 heaping tsp. fine grain salt
- 5 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Spice Mixture:
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- For layering:
- 3 T jalapeno pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup finely grated pepperjack cheese
- 3/4 cup finely grated sharp cheddar cheese

Easy peasy recipe using canned honey butter biscuits and peach preserves
- 1 (16.3-ounce) can refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Honey Butter biscuits
- 3/4 cup peach preserves, I used Smucker's
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
