Have you heard of Cake Batter Truffles? They're made using cake mix (from a box) and a few other ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup lemon cake mix, dry
- Zest of 1 small lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles

- 8 oz. soft caramels (such as Kraft), unwrapped
- 2 tbsp evaporated milk
- 6 oz. chocolate almond bark (found in the baking isle)

Slice the pound cake horizontally into 3 pieces
- 1 pound cake-(i used entenmann's and froze it to cut easy)
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 4 large peanut butter cup candies, roughly chopped
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate candies, such as M and Ms, roughly chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
- Chocolate shell ice cream sauce (the type that hardens), such as Smucker's Magic Shell, for covering the top

- 1 qt coffee ice cream, softened
- 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened
- 3 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup Kahlua
- 8 Skor or Heath bars - crushed
- 2 pkgs lady fingers
- 8 oz container Cool Whip
