Banana Pudding Cookies

These cookies have all the flavor of banana pudding in a neat, soft, yet crunchy cookie
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant banana pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats, not instant
- 4 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
- 20 vanilla wafers, broken, or 8 graham cracker squares, broken
Chicken Alfredo Roll-ups

Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray and pour ½ cup alfredo sauce, or just enough to cover the bottom of the pan
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 cups alfredo sauce (optional homemade recipe below)
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- oregano
- garlic salt
- 3 cups shredded Mozzarella, or cheese of your choice

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream (or substitute half and half)
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
Pulled Pork Egg Rolls

In a wok or pan on medium heat add the vegetable oil allowing to get hot and add the ginger and garlic
- 1/4 Pound Pulled Pork
- 1/2 Head of Green Cabbage, sliced thinly
- 2 each Garlic cloves, mined
- 1/4 Cup Carrot, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger, minced
- 2 Tbls Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Michiu Wine (or rice wine, or any dry white wine)
- 1 tsp Black Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbls Vegetable Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Tangy Pork Sandwiches

Place onions in the bottom of a 5-quart slow cooker
- 1 1 1 large Vidalia or other sweet onion, sliced
- 3 3 3 pounds pork butt, rinsed and patted dry
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 3 3 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 1 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1 1 lime, juiced
- White hamburger buns, for serving

Banana Caramel Poke Cake

In a large mixing bowl add cake mix and ingredients to make a 13x9 cake (according to package)
- For the Cake:
- 1 box (16.5oz) yellow cake mix (with ingredients to prepare, according to box)
- 1 box (3.4oz) banana cream JELL-O pudding mix
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar (12oz) caramel ice cream topping sauce
- For the Toping:
- 1 box (3.4oz) Banana cream JELL-O pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 16 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup Nilla Wafer cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping sauce
Non Toxic Play Dough For Kids
