Apple Crisp Snickerdoodle Skillet Cookie

Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 9-inch cast-iron skillet with shortening or spray with cooking spray
- Snickerdoodle Cookie Base
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- Oat Topping
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup loosely packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon water
- Apple Topping
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- Garnish
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Additional ground cinnamon, if desired
Cheesy Cauliflower Soup

Bring water to boil in large pot
- 1 head of cauliflower, cored and cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 TBSP minced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- black pepper, to taste preference
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare stuffing as directed on package
- 1 (6 oz) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon prepared, Dijon mustard
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size
- pieces (I boiled mine)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked, chopped ham
- 6 slices of extra thin Swiss cheese

- 4 chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
- 8 slices thin cut Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 - 1 cup italian flavored bread crumbs
