Mongolian Beef

Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the beef and saute until just cooked, about 2-4 minutes

Sausage, Cranberries And Stuffing Pastry

Heat the oven to 375°F. Beat the water and 1 egg in a small bowl with a fork or whisk
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
- 4 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 3 oz. chopped mushrooms (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves, crushed
- 1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed according to package directions

- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp Frank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce
- 4 Tbsp water

Roasted Garlic Turkey Burgers

Place turkey in a medium bowl; add garlic, Worcestershire, tamari, thyme and pepper flakes
- 1 pound ground turkey
- Cloves from 1 head roasted garlic
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1 to 2 sprigs fresh thyme, stemmed
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 egg, beaten (use half)
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- onion, thinly sliced

Slow-Cooked Cola Wings

- 1 cup cola
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 Tablespoons cold butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- Filling
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 2 Honey Crisp Apples, cored and diced
- For the Glaze
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons brewed Green Mountain Naturals Hot Apple Cider (Note: Any apple cider will do.. I just prefer Green Mountain Naturals)
Grilled Peach BBQ Chicken Wings Recipe

In a food processor, combine the barbecue sauce and half of the garlic
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, divided
- 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 24 chicken wings, separated at the joint and tips discarded
- 1 cup peach jam, such as Smuckers
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot, or to taste
- Scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced, for topping
Italian Breakfast Casserole

- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian sweet sausage
- 8 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (7 oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) Italian loaf bread, broken into 1" cubes
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Old School Chicken and Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 rotisserie chicken (4 cups)
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups instant rice, uncooked
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh or green can)
