Bluth Family Cornballs

Mix all the ingredients together and add a little more milk if it needs the wetness to hold itself together
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 15 pickled jalapenos
- one about one ears worth of corn
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- Splash of milk
BBQ Beef Sandwiches

Slice eye of round roast into thin slices
- 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 lbs. beef, eye of round
- 6 hamburger buns or dinner rolls
- 2 dashes hot sauce
Butter Cream Chicken

Cut your chicken up into chunks with some kitchen scissors
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 sleeves Ritz Cracker, ground into crumbs
- Olive Oil
- 1 C chicken broth
- 4 T butter
- 1 C + 2 T half and half, divided
- 1/2 t thyme, dried
- 2 T cornstarch
- salt and pepper
Balsamic Berry and Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Stir the vinegar and mayonnaise in a medium bowl until the mixture is smooth
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 ounces skinless lower-sodium deli turkey breast or roasted turkey breast, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain Honey Oat Bread, toasted
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 uncooked pie crust (store bought or prepared)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 slices raw bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
Smothered Pork Chops and Potatoes

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2 inch thick (1 1/4 lb), trimmed of fat
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
- 2 1/2 cups frozen potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers (from 28-oz bag), thawed
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
Bacon Dip

Cut cream cheese into cubes and place in a 4- or 5-quart slow cooker
- 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 8-oz. pkg. colby cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbs. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. white Worcestershire sauce
- 4 fresh green onions with tops, sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
