Tangy Lemon Squares

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick butter)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
- Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract (optional, for extra tang)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Pinch of salt
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless skinless ,cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 cups vegetable oil + 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced

- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup prepared mustard
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
