Snickers Bundt with Chocolate Caramel Peanut Sauce

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray and flour, set aside
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups chopped fun size Snickers, diced
- Chocolate Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup half and half cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
Chicken Spaghetti

- 3 c. chicken (cooked and diced)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese

BBQ Chicken Cole Slaw

Slice 2/3 of the onion and place in a single layer at the bottom of a slow cooker
- 1 Medium onion
- 1- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 3 Medium carrots
- 1/4 hass avocado
- 3 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 (4.5-oz.) jar Green Giant® Sliced Mushrooms, drained
- 8 oz. cooked ham, cut into thin bite-sized strips

Outrageously Good Orange Chicken

In a bowl, mix the orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, and ketchup
- boneless chicken breasts, chopped into small chunks (I used about 4)
- 1/3 cup flour
- olive oil
- 1/2 Tbl. salt
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbl. ketchup
- 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate (thaw or throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds)
- 4 Tbl. brown sugar
