Spinach and Artichoke Bruschetta

  • pkg of fresh baby spinach
  • few cloves of garlic
  • handful of fresh basil
  • EVOO
  • cream cheese
  • sour dough bread slices
  • jar of marinated artichoke hearts
  • grated parmesan cheese

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, puree spinach, garlic, basil and enough EVOO to combine. Fold in softened cream cheese and spread on grilled sour dough slices. Top with marinated artichoke hearts and sprinkle with grated parmesan and grill until warm through.
