Avocado-Lime Salsa

Ingredients

• Bernstein's Italian Dressing
• 2 avocados, peeled and diced
• 5 roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 can white corn, drained
• 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
• 1/2 bunch of cilantro or parsley, washed and chopped
• Juice of 2-3 limes
• 1 sweet onion

Step 1

Mix ingredients and toss with Italian dressing. Serve with Tortilla chips.
