Ingredients
- 1 pound fish
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup corn bread stuffing
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash lemon pepper

Step 1
Thaw fish and pat dry. Turn under any edges and put in glass baking dish. Thicker part of the fish to the outer edge. Brush with buttermilk. In a small bowl melt butter or margarine. Mix with stuffing,
salt and seasoning. Spoon stuffing mixture over fish. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 7 minutes,
give dish a 1/2 turn at 3 minutes. Put into a 350 oven for 10 minutes to crisp.
