Three Corn Casserole

  • 1/2 c. butter - melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
  • 8 oz. French onion dip
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix



Step 1

Preheat over to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs in mixer until foamy. Add both corns, butter, drip and pepper. Mix well.

Stir in muffin mix by hand. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake until knife come out clean and casserole is nicely browned. About 55 minutes.
