Candied Bourbon Bacon Bits

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 3 Tbsp bourbon
  • Brown Sugar



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line tray with foil and place bacon on wire rack close together. Brush or drizzle bacon with bourbon and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake until crisp or golden brown, about 20 minutes. (can get crispier by broiling if you want). Break into bite size pieces or leave as is to enjoy.
