Baked Blue Fish
Blue fish fillets. Soaking in lemon juice will remove the game taste.
- Blue fish
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Bread crumbs
1) Place fillets into a large pot of cold water with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Cover pot in refrigerator overnight.
2) Heat oven to 450º. Dip fillets in milk. Add salt and pepper. Dip fillets in bread crumbs. Sprinkle with seasonings of you choice.
3) Place in a well buttered pan or casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes until fish flakes easily.
