Cranberry-Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Filled with winter fruits, this sweet and tangy dressing is delicious served over fresh greens sprinkled with nuts, seeds, orange segments, red onion slivers, and caramelized pecans. This recipe is great to serve for any kind of gathering. Make it in your Blendtec blender using the FourSide Jar or WildSide Jar.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 c pomegranate juice
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 3/4 c champagne vinegar
- 1/2 shallot
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1 tsp kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 c canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients except oil to FourSide or WildSide jar in order listed and secure lid. Press "Speed Up" to Speed 1, and run for 15 seconds. Remove plastic vent part of lid, and slowly add oil until cycle is finished.
