Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 1 cup of sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon of salt
• 1/8 teaspoon of dry mustard
• 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 2 cups of sliced strawberries
• 1 bag of spinach
• sesame seeds
• poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Heat first five ingredients until sugar has dissolved. Mix in vegetable oil to create a dressing.

Clean spinach and mix with strawberries. Add dressing (I use half of the dressing) and mix together. Sprinkle sesame and poppy seeds on top.
