Ingredients

    cup White Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1/2

    cup Flax Seed Meal*

  • 1/2

    cup Oats

  • 2

    Eggs

  • 1/2

    cup Honey

  • 1/2

    tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2

    tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2

    tsp Salt

  • 1/2

    tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/3

    cup Canola Oil

  • 1/2

    tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    pint Blueberries, fresh

  • If you don't have flax you can just use more oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except blueberries. Fold in blueberries. Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 minutes.
