  • 1 lb gemelli or other pasta
  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach - thawed & sequeezed
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 lb bacon crumbled
  • 3 cups ricotta spiced with parsley, italian seasoning & red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup milk
  • asiago cheese

bake 400 degrees 40 minutes
