Baked Pasta with Spinach, Ricotta & Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 lb gemelli or other pasta
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach - thawed & sequeezed
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb bacon crumbled
- 3 cups ricotta spiced with parsley, italian seasoning & red pepper flakes
- 1 cup milk
- asiago cheese

Add all ingredients to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
bake 400 degrees 40 minutes
