Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1 bunch spinach
• 1 cup cucumber sliced
• 2 cups strawberries sliced
• 1 tsp honey
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp poppy seeds
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp fresh mint (slivered)
