Ingredients
- I use about 12 medium-sized chicken tenders (boneless, skinless)
- lime, peel grated, juiced
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp. steak sauce
- 1 lb pkg. chicken tenderloins (about 12)
- Green onion, chopped

Step 1
In a medium bowl combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime peel, honey, oil and steak sauce.
Add chicken; toss to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F).
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
Thread chicken onto skewers. Place skewers on grill. Grill, covered, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until instant-read thermometer registers 165°F/75°C
If using wood skewers, soak them at least 30 minutes in water before threading chicken onto them.
