Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp small) about 7oz. thawed
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • !/2 cu chardonnay
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 3 tbs mayo or salad dressing
  • 3 med. Green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Jalapeno juice and chili powder
  • Bibb lettuce to garnish

Step 1

I added some crab meat, chili powder and some jalapeno juice to this recipe

Coarsely chop shrimp, place in glass bowl and pour wine over, toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Drain and reserve wine. In another small bowl mix cream cheese, mayo, 2tbsp of onions and the mustard with spoon. Fold in shrimp stir in wine to adjust consistency. Line small serving bowl with Bibb lettuce, spoon shrimp over lettuce sprinkle with remaining onion, serve with crackers
