Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
  • 1/3 cup flaked, sweetened coconut
  • 1 Ib. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 egg whites, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Crush French Fried Onions with coconut in plastic bag, and shake. Coat shrimp with flour then dip into egg whites.

Dip shrimp into onion mixture to coat. Bake 10 minutes
at 400°F until shrimp are cooked. Refrigerate any leftovers.
