Roasted Cauliflower w/Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

Really great, even if you are not a lover of Brussel Sprouts! Easy, too. Makes a ton, so reduce accordingly for less than 10--and, I used bacon bits!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh Brussel sprouts, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. fresh cauliflower florets (about 7 cups), thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 lb. bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Cooking time 60mins

Step 1
Toss all ingredients and roast in pyrex baking pan for 20-30 minutes at 375. Serve immediately.
