Ingredients

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C crushed crackers (my mother always used saltines, but I have also used Ritz)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/4 C minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients into a greased or sprayed baking dish or small casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean and the top is lightly browned. Serve warm.
