Ingredients
- For the salsa:
- 1 pound salmon filet
- For the marinade
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 pint chopped strawberries
- 2 tbsp minced red onion
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tbsp cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the ingredients for the salsa, cover the salmon with the marinade and bake at 375F until done. Cover the salmon with the salsa and enjoy.
