Tilapia with Roasted Corn
- 1/4 C mayp
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 4 tilapia filets (1 lb total)
- 1 1/2 C frozen corn, thawed
- 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
Preheat the broiler. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, chili powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Grease a 9in square baking dish with 1 tsp of the mayo mixture. Place the tilapia fillers in teh dish and coat with the remaining mayo mixture. Top with corn
Broil until the corn is lightly browned and the fish is cooked through, about 10 min. Serve with lime.
