Mexican Tilapia

  • 4 tilapia fillets, 4 to 5 ounces each
  • 2 teaspoons chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 15 ounces Mexican salsa
  • 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Jack cheese



Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lay fillets in a baking dish. Sprinkle with chile powder and black pepper. Cover with salsa and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
