Bread Stuffing For Fish

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 3 cups dry bread cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper



Step 1

Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.

In large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Oysters may be added if desired.

Stuff fish and bake at 350 F until flaky.
