Ingredients

  • 2 (1/2-pound) fresh turkey tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Step 1

Cut tenderloins lengthwise almost in half. Open and spread flat.

Combine lemon juice, oil, mustard, bouillon, sugar, garlic and onions; mix well.

Add turkey and marinate 6 hours or overnight.

Prepare grill; remove turkey from marinade; transfer marinade to a saucepan. Place over medium high heat and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.

Place turkey on grill for 10-15 minutes or until it is cooked through. Baste frequently with marinade
