Ingredients
- 10 slices bacon-chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cups red potatoes, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can corn; do not drain

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, fry the bacon with the onions until done. Add the potatoes and stir to coat evenly with the bacon grease. Cook about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir. Simmer 15-20 minutes on low. Remove from heat. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
