  • Leaf or Romaine lettuce, torn in small pieces
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. sugar

Step 1

Put the lettuce in a small bowl and cut up hard boiled egg into small pieces.
Cut the strips of bacon into small pieces and fry. Remove most of the grease, but leave a bit for flavor. Add the vinegar and sugar and bring everything to a boil.
Pour the "dressing" over the lettuce and eggs.
