  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Freshly ground Pepper
  • 2-1/2 Cups of Fresh Corn Kernels (5 ears of Corn)
  • 1-1/2 Cups of diced avocado (1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 Pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 Cup finely diced red onions
