Freezer Corn


This is the freezer corn I've used for years. Family loves it!

  • 20 C. Sweet corn removed from cob
  • 2 T. Salt
  • 2 C. Water
  • 1 Stick oleo or butter
  • 2 T. Sugar



Step 1

Melt butter and add rest of ingredients. Boil for 3 minutes. Cool, package, and freeze.
