Easy Crock Pot Orange (Peach) Chicken


use peaches instead of the orange marmalade - use 2 or 3 breasts & 2 or 3 boneless skinless thighs... then remove the chicken from the crock pot & place in a 8 x 8 pan - pour the mixture over it and let it roast in the oven for about 30 minutes to get the caramelized texture - serve with rice & broccoli - yum!

  • 4-5 Boneless Chicken Breasts - Thawed
  • 3/4 cup Orange Marmalade
  • 3/4 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce



Step 1

Cook the Chicken in the crock pot for 3 hours - covered
Drain the Juice from the Crock Pot
Mix the BBQ sauce, Orange Marmalade, and Soy Sauce
Pour Mix over chicken, cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
