Banana Nut Bread

  • 1 stick margarine; 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar; 1 t. baking soda
  • 2 beaten eggs; dash of salt
  • 4 large very ripe bananas
  • 1 t. vanilla; 1 T. vinegar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts



Step 1

Cream margarine add sugar beat well. Add vinegar to mashed bananas then add to margarine mix. Sift flour, soda & salt together. Add to mixture. Add vanilla, then nuts & mix. Bake in greased & floured pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

(This makes one loaf, it can be doubled.)
