Linguine with Clam Sauce

  • 8 oz. linguine
  • 4 tbl. olive oil
  • 4 tbl. butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
  • Sprinkle of dried red pepper flakes
  • 3 cans chopped clams, drained
  • 2 tbl. grated fresh Parmesan cheese


Servings 4


Step 1

Saute the garlic, oregano, parsley, basil and red pepper flakes in the olive oil and butter. Add the clams and heat through.

Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package directions. Drain.

Top the linguine with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
