Ingredients
- 16-20 Shrimp
- ¼ Cup Sherry Cooking Wine
- 2 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
- 1 Large Scallion, thinly sliced
- ½ Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Asian Sesame Oil (untoasted)
- 2 Tsp. Minced Ginger (fresh)
- 2 Tsp. Garlic
- ½ Lbs Chinese Long Green Beans

Step 1
Combine in mixing bowl:
The shrimp, sherry, soya sauce, scallion and red pepper flakes. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1-6 hours.
Heat in a skillet over medium-high heat, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. About 10 seconds, before garlic changes color, add beans and cook for 2 minutes. Beans should be turning bright green in color.
Add shrimp, and marinating liquid. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked. Stir frequently to coat the beans in sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!!
