Herbed Butterfly Pork Chops

A grilled, herb-rubbed pork chop.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
- 4sirloin pork chop, about 4 ounces each (butterflied)
- 2tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
- 1/2tsp ground thyme
- 1/4tsp black pepper
1 Brush chops with lemon juice. Combine remaining
ingredients; mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides
2 Grill or broil for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
