Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil (divided)
- 4 (6 ounces) skinless salmon fillets
- Cooking Spray
- t teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 pound snow peas
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Pepper to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of sesae oil in a shallow pan. Add salmon to dish turning to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes turning occasionally. Remove fish from dish, and discard remaining marinade. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle salmon evenly with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Coat a saute pan with cooking spray and heat over a medium- high heat. Add snow peas and salt. Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and crushed red pepper and sute for 1 minute. Remove from hean and drizzle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil. Add pepper to taste.
