Ingredients

  • 12 oz new potatoes, quartered
  • 2 strips bacon

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs. vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Splenda Granulated
  • 3/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 3/4 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • ````````````````````````
  • can green beans
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Fill large pot with water and bring to boil
  • Boil potatoes 20 min. or till tender
  • Cook bacon over high heat
  • Remove bacon
  • Set aside
  • Add onion and cook to translucent
  • Add next ingredients
  • Stir low heat
  • ``````````````````````````
  • Bowl
  • Desolve cornstarch in water
  • Add to pan and cook 1-2 minutes
  • To thicken
  • Combine potatoes and beans
  • Sprinkle with salt
  • Toss
  • Pour sauce over all and
  • Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon
