Crispy Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 6-9 pork chops
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- oil for frying pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk eggs and water. Mix flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in another shallow dish.
Heat oil in a frying pan. (about 1/2 inch of oil). Be sure the oil is hot but not too hot.
Dip chops in the flour, then egg and then back into the flour mixture. Make sure to get plenty of flour on the last coating.
Place the pork chops into the frying pan and turn the heat down to medium. Cook the chops for 6 minutes per side.
Remove the chops and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
Saute garlic in the butter. Add the remaining glaze ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour half the glaze over the chops then flip them over and pour the rest of the glaze on top.
Place in the oven, uncovered for 20-25 minutes at 350
